Abstract

Pada suatu pelayanan kesehatan atau klinik tentu memiliki berbagai macam obat yang akan diberikan kepada pasien yang berobat pada suatu Klinik Kesehatan tersebut. Mengingat obat yang terdapat di dalam Klinik tersebut merupakan salah satu faktor penting pada suatu Klinik Kesehatan. Maka dibutuhkan adanya pengelolaan data obat yang efektif dan efisien sehingga meningkatkan kinerja dari Klinik tersebut. Sampai saat ini pengelolaan data yang ditangani oleh bagian pengelola obat atau apoteker pada suatu Klinik Kesehatan masih dikerjakan secara manual. Pembuatan laporan pun masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga laporan yang dihasilkan kurang akurat dan prosesnya tidak efisien. Untuk memudahkan pengelolaan data obat, maka penulis merancang sebuah sistem informasi pengelolaan data obat berbasis web pada suatu Klinik Kesehatan untuk mengelola data obat pada suatu Klinik Kesehatan. Dalam sistem ini terdapat empat orang pengguna yang terdiri atas admin, petugas gudang obat, petugas apotek, dan kepala Klinik,. Fasilitas-fasilitas dari masing-masing pengguna berbeda-beda, sesuai tugasnya masing-masing. Fasilitas untuk administrator adalah memasukkan data pegawai Klinik. Fasilitas untuk petugas gudang obat adalah memasukkan data obat. Petugas apotek mempunyai fasilitas memasukkan data resep. Sedangkan untuk dan kepala Klinik mempunyai fasilitas yang sama yaitu hanya melihat laporan dan kemudian mencetaknya. Berdasarkan rancangan sistem tersebut, dalam skripsi ini bagian sistem untuk mengelola data resep yang ditangani oleh petugas apotek dibangun dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) untuk penulisan script web dan MySQL (My Structured Query Language) sebagai pengelola basis datanya. Semua fasilitas yang dirancang untuk sistem informasi pengelolaan data obat berbasis web ini sebaiknya diimplementasikan sehingga mampu membantu kinerja para petugas pada suatu Klinik Kesehatan khususnya yang menangani bagian obat. Given the drugs contained in the Clinic is an important factor in a Health Clinic. Therefore, effective and efficient management of drug data is needed so as to improve the performance of these agencies. Until now the management of data handled by the drug management department at a Health Clinic is still done manually. Reporting is still done manually so that the resulting report is less accurate and the process is inefficient. To facilitate the management of drug data, the authors designed a web-based drug data management information system at a Health Clinic to manage drug data at a Health Clinic. In this system there are four users like the central warehouse officer, the administrator, the pharmacy officer, and the head of the Clinic. The facilities of each user are different, according to their respective duties. Facility for administrators is to enter Clinic employee data. Facilities for drug warehouse officers are to enter drug data. Pharmacy officials have facilities to enter prescription data. As for the central warehouse clerk, the head of the health office and the head of the clinic have the same facility, that is, they only see the report and then print it. Based on the design of the system, in this thesis the system section for managing prescription data handled by the pharmacy officer is built using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language for writing web scripts and MySQL (My Structured Query Language) as the database manager. All facilities that are designed for this web-based drug data management information system should be implemented so that they are able to help the performance of the officers in a Health Clinic, especially those handling the drug department.
