Abstract
Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui the influnce of organizational commitment, organizational culture and work ability organizational citizenship behavior pada Pegawai PT. Satwika Permai Indah dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data dalam penelitian diperoleh dari 63 responden yang merupakan pegawai PT. Satwika Permai Indah. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode alternatif dari structural equation modeling (SEM) yaitu partial least square (PLS). Tahap pertama dalam penelitian ini untuk menguji validitas pertanyaan setiap variabel berikut dengan reliabilitasnya. Tahap kedua menguji hubungan antara the influnce of organizational commitment, organizational culture and work ability on organizational citizenship behavior. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa variabel Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Work Ability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Kata Kunci: Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Work Ability on Organizational Citizenship Behavior The main objective of this study was to determine the Influnce of Organizational Commitment, Organizational Culture and Work Ability on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employees PT. Satwika Permai Indah. employees using a quantitative descriptive approach. Data were collected from 63 respondents who were employees of PT. Satwika Permai Indah. Data analysis in this study use alternative methods of structural equation modeling (SEM) which is partial least square (PLS). The first phase of the current study is to validate each variable’s question as well as it’s reliabilities. The second phase is to test the relationships among the influnce of organizational commitment, organizational culture and work ability on organizational citizenship behavior. The outcomes of this present study have shown that the organizational commitment, organizational culture and work ability have positive and significant on organizational citizenship behavior.
