Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan membuktikan pengaruh likuiditas, struktur modal dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah laporan keuangan tahunan pada perusahaan sub sektor farmasi selama periode tahun 2014-2018, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 7 perusahaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi data panel (pooled data), dengan analisis statistik deskriptif, uji stasioneritas, pemilihan model regresi, uji asumsi klasik, uji kesesuaian model dan uji hipotesis dengan e- views 10. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas dan struktur modal tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Profitabilitas ditemukan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Likuiditas, Struktur Modal, Profitabilitas, dan Nilai Perusahaan. The purpose of this study was to test and prove the effect of liquidity, capital structure and profitability on firm value. The data used in this study are the annual financial statements of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies during the period 2014-2018, with a total sample of 7 companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression (pooled data), with descriptive statistical analysis, stationarity test, regression model selection, classical assumption test, model suitability test and hypothesis testing with e-views 10. The results of this study indicate that liquidity and capital structure does not affect the value of the company. Profitability was found to have a positive effect on firm value.
