Abstract

The engagement level of followers towards Instagram influencers can be measured in effectiveness. With current technological advancements, information systems can be developed to help analyze influencer data quickly, easily and effectively so as to facilitate stakeholders in managing and making decisions for product marketing needs on social media. In this study a case study was carried out first by collecting historical data from the Instagram account line of an influencer to produce a model to be used in the information system to be developed. Data collection is done by visiting the influencer's profile page on Instagram social media which is publicly accessible with this web-based information system that can access publicly available data into information needed for measuring engagement effectiveness by adding the number of likes and comments from several posts and dividing it by the number of followes. The conclusion of the development of information systems for measuring the level of engagement is that Influencers who have an effective level of engagement can be easily identified. Keywords: influencer, engagement, marketing influencer, engagement rate, information system engagement, instagram Tingkat engagement pengikut terhadapa influencer Instagram dapat diukur efektifitasnya. Dengan kemajuan teknologi saat ini maka sistem informasi dapat dikembangkan untuk membantu menganalisis data influencer secara cepat, mudah dan efektif sehingga mempermudah stakeholder dalam mengelola dan mengambil keputusan untuk kebutuhan pemasaran produk di media sosial. Dalam penelitian ini studi kasus dilakukan terlebih dahulu dengan mengumpulkan data histori dari lini masa akun Instagram seorang influencer untuk menghasilkan model yang akan digunakan dalam sistem informasi yang akan dikembangkan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengunjungi langsung halaman profil influencer di media sosial Instagram yang secara publik dapat diakses dengam sistem informasi berbasis web ini dapat mengakses data-data yang tersedia secara publik tersebut menjadi informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk pengukuran efektifitas engagement dengan menambahkan jumlah like dan comment dari beberapa posting dan membaginya dengan jumlah follower. Kesimpulan pada pengembangan sistem informasi pengukuran tingkat engagement ini bahwa Influencer yang memiliki tingkat engagement yang efektif dapat diketahui dengan mudah.
