Abstract
Dwitunggal Utama merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang integrator sistem komunikasi radio elektronik dan peralatan navigasi. Perusahaan saat ini, memiliki divisi sales (bagian penjualan) yang menjalankan proses pemasaran untuk produk-produk dan solusi yang dimiliki perusahaan. Evaluasi kinerja sales pada PT Dharma Dwitunggal Utama tidak hanya ditentukan dari nilai penjualan saja, namun ditentukan berdasarkan berbagai kriteria yang menjadi standar evaluasi dari perusahaan. Permasalahan yang muncul saat ini adalah sistem pelaporan dengan menggunakan dokumen spreadsheet belum sepenuhnya efektif dan memenuhi keinginan manajemen. Unified Modelling Language digunakan untuk merancang perencanaan penjualan dan metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) digunakan dalam perhitungan penilaian kinerja sales. Fitur-fitur rancangan yang dikembangkan seperti capaian pribadi, penawaran project, cashflow project, follow up, presentasi, dashboard rencana penjualan dan dashboard penilaian kinerja sales, mampu mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi perusahaan berkaitan dengan perencanaan penjualan dan penilaian kinerja sales. Kata kunci: Rencana penjualan, Penilaian kinerja, Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process. Sales is a very important division for a company. PT Dharma Dwitunggal Utama is a company engaged in the integrator of electronic radio communication and navigation systems. The company currently has a sales division that in charge to marketing the company's products and solutions. Evaluation of sales performance at PT Dharma Dwitunggal Utama is not only determined from the sales revenue, but is determined based on various criteria that become the standard of the company. The problem that arises today is that the reporting system using spreadsheet document is not yet fully effective and fulfills management needs. Unified Modeling Language is used to design sales planning and the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method is used to calculate sales performance appraisal. The design features developed such as personal achievements, project offerings, project cashflows, follow-ups, presentations, sales plan dashboards and sales performance appraisal dashboards, are able to overcome the obstacles faced by the company related to sales planning and sales performance appraisal.
