Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan tentang bagaimana sikap guru terhadap bullying di Kota Depok. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru yang mengajar di Kota Depok. Dengan teknik sampling pada saat uji coba ialah snowball sampling dan pada penelitian dengan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 180 responden. Pengukuran dalam penelitian ini menggunakan skala Sikap Guru terhadap Bullying (Andi, 2019) dengan nilai Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0.905. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji komparatif dan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada sikap guru terhadap bullying cenderung netral akan tetapi ditemukan juga yang bersikap positif. Bentuk bullying paling disetujui oleh guru ialah bentuk ancaman dan relasional. Aspek sikap yang mempunyai kontribusi paling dominan untuk memprediski sikap guru terhadap bullying adalah aspek afektif. Kata Kunci: bullying, sikap guru ABSTRACT This study aims to describe how the teacher's attitude towards bullying in Depok City. This research uses quantitative descriptive. The subjects in this study were teachers who teach in the city of Depok. With the sampling technique during the trial try snowball sampling and in research with purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this study were 180 respondents. The measurement in this study uses the Teacher Attitude scale towards Bullying with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.905. The data analysis technique uses comparative test and regression test. The results of this study indicate how teachers' attitudes towards bullying tend to be neutral but also found to be positive. The most agrred form of bullying agreed upon by teachers is the form of challenge and relational. The attitude aspect which has the most dominant contribution to predict the teacher's attitude towards bullying is the affective aspect. Keywords: attitude towards bullying, teacher attitude
