Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Jumlah responden yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 50 responden. Seluruh responden merupakan karyawan di Digibank By DBS Indonesia baik karyawan yang menempati posisi staf maupun karyawan yang memiliki jabatan sebagai pimpinan / manajer perusahaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data penelitian diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner. Data penelitian selanjutnya dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. 20. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda tersebut memberikan kesimpulan: (1) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan karyawan; (2) kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan karyawan; (3) gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan karyawan; (4) lingkungan kerja, kompensasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan karyawan; Kata Kunci : lingkungan kerja, kompensasi, gaya kepemimpinan, kepuasan kerja karyawan The study aims to examine the impact of the work environment, compensation and leadership styles on employee job satisfaction. The number of respondents involved in this study was as many as 50 respondents. All respondents are employees at Digibank By DBS Indonesia both employees who occupy staff positions and employees who have positions as company leaders / managers. This research is quantitative research. The research data was obtained from the results of filling out questionnaires. Subsequent research data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of spss programs. 20. The results of the analysis using the double linear regression analysis technique provide conclusions: (1) the work environment has a positive effect on employee satisfaction; (2) compensation has a positive effect on employee satisfaction; (3) Leadership style positively affects employee satisfaction; (4) the work environment, compensation and leadership style affect employee satisfaction; Keywords: work environment, compensation, leadership style, employee job satisfaction
