Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline and career development on employee performance. Population in this research is 140 permanent employees of PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk branch in KS Tubun. The sample used is 140 permanent employees, taken using the saturated sample method. The methods of data collection using survey method, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Career Development, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 140 karyawan tetap PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk Cabang KS Tubun. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 140 karyawan tetap, yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Pengembangan Karir, Kinerja Karyawan
