Abstract

ABSTRAK Variasi model produk yang dibuat di suatu perusahaan merupakan hal yang harus dipenuhi, untuk mendukung permintaan atau kebutuhan konsumen yang memiliki spesifikasi design yang berbeda-beda. Di perusahaan besar, contohnya PT Denso Indonesia yang bergerak dibidang otomotif, 1 jenis produk dengan fungsi yang sama namun memiliki variasi design yang cukup banyak, dibuat di satu line assembly produksi guna memaksimalkan efisiensi mesin produksi. Untuk efisiensi line assembly produksi tersebut, proses produksi menerapkan sistem dandory model untuk pergantian proses produksi berbagai varian produk sesuai model yang dibutuhkan dalam waktu yang ditentukan sesuai permintaan konsumen ataupun production forecast. Dari banyaknya varian yang dibutuhkan konsumen, sebuah line produksi membutuhkan sistem pendeteksi part yang akan di assembly pada mesin-mesin tertentu secara otomatis saat dandory untuk mencegah kesalahan assembly dan juga terjadinya barang no good produksi yang menyebabkan standar kualitas tidak bagus. Sehingga untuk menunjang standar kualitas dan preventif terjadinya barang no good, dibutuhkan alat pendeteksi perbedaan variasi part yang akan di assembly yang akurat, efisien, dan low cost. Demi tuntutan perusahaan untuk memaksimalkan kerja mesin dengan tidak lupa memperhatikan efisiensi, cost, dan juga kualitas, dibentuklah proyek alat pendeteksi dandory model menggunakan kamera dengan metode background subtraction berbasis mikrokontroller Raspberry Pi untuk mengirimkan sinyal pergantian variasi model kepada mesin, dan konfirmasi setiap part yang akan masuk kedalam mesin sesuai dengan ketentuan model yang harus diproduksi / di assembly. Hasil pengujian keseluruhan sistem mulai dari proses deteksi gerak, deteksi part, dan sinyal deteksi dikirim oleh output raspberry pi ke server data kuantitas, PLC ataupun robot telah berhasil berjalan dengan baik. ABSTRACT The variation of the product model made in a company is a thing that must be met, to support the demand or needs of customers who have different design specifications. In large companies, for example PT Denso Indonesia engaged in automotive, 1 type of product with the same function but has a variety of design that is quite a lot, made in a production line assembly to maximize the efficiency of machines production. For the efficiency of the production line assembly, the production process of applying the system Dandory model to change the production process of various variants of the product according to the model needed in the time specified according to customers demand or production forecast. Of the number of variants required by customers, a production line requires a part detection system that will be in the Assembly on certain of machines automatically when dandory to prevent fault assembly and also the occurrence of product no good production that causes the standard of quality is not good. So to support the quality and preventive standards of the occurrence of product no good, it is needed to detector variations of parts that will be in assembly accurate, efficient, and low cost. For the demands of the company to maximize the work of the machine by not forgetting the efficiency, cost, and also the quality, formed dandory detection tool models using cameras with a background subtraction method based on the Raspberry Pi, to transmit the signal to change the model variation to the machine, and confirm every part that will enter the machine according to the provisions of the model to be manufactured/in The overall system test results from the motion detection process, part detection, and detection signals are sent by the Raspberry Pi output to the Quantity data server, the PLC or the robot has successfully run well.
