Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh pemberdayaan karyawan, keadilan organisasi, konflik, dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk KCP Jakarta Gedung Jamsostek. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan analisis kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang diberikan kepada 41 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh (sensus). Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS Versi 21. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa secara parsial berdasarkan uji t, pemberdayaan karyawan, keadilan organisasi, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan konflik berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Berdasarkan uji f, secara simultan pemberdayaan karyawan, keadilan organisasi, konflik, dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan Karyawan, Keadilan Organisasi, Konflik, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of employee empowerment, organizational justice, conflict, and work motivation on employee performance at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk KCP Jakarta Jamsostek Building. This study uses a quantitative analysis approach with data collection methods through questionnaires given to 41 respondents. The sampling technique used is a saturated sampling technique (census). The analytical tool used is SPSS Version 21. The results show that partially based on the t test, employee empowerment, organizational justice, work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, conflict has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance. Based on the f test, simultaneously empowering employees, organization, conflict, and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance.
