Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Return on Asset (ROA) to a Financial Distress. The object of this research is the consistent Sector Retail companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchanged (IDX). Observation of this research is estimated 30 obeservation. Analyse of this research using regression analysis of panel data with Eviews 9. The result showed that the variable of Current Ratio (CR) and Return on Asset (ROA) has significant effect to Financial Distress, but Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) do not have significant effect to Financial Distress.. Keywords : Financial Distress, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Asset (ROA) terhadap Financial Distress. Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Sektor Retail yang terdafar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahu 2013-2017. Observasi penelitian ini sebanyak 30 observasi analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda data panel dengan menggunakan Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial menunjukan hasil yang berbeda. Pada variabel Current Ratio (CR) dan Return on Asset (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Financial Distres, namun variabel Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Financial Distress Kata Kunci : Financial Distress, Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Asset.
