Abstract

Project scheduling is one of the elements of planning outcomes, which can provide information about project schedules and project progress in terms of resource performance in yrtmd of cost, labor, equipment and materials and project duration plan with time efficiency for project completion. The purpose of this research is to know how the application of the cpm methods in project scheduling construction office operational Emersia Lampung. This study uses secondary data obtained from PT. Ervan Prima Abadi as the contractor for this project. From this data it is analyzed so that it can be seen the network / network diagram and its critical path. Furthermore, the project acceleration will be carried out with the crashing method to go to the project duration and the additional costs of this project acceleration. From the calculation of project planning using the CPM method the researcher uses, it is found that the overall duration of project activities is 198 working days. And obtained a critical path in activities A, B, C, D, E, F, G, I, P, Q, R & S. Whereas after acceleration / crashing, the completion of the project will be 174 days with an additional construction cost of Rp 30.793.654,-. Keywords : CPM, PERT, Crashing, Scheduling Penjadwalan proyek merupakan salah satu elemen hasil perencanaan, yang dapat memberikan informasi tentang jadwal rencana dan kemajuan proyek dalam hal kinerja sumber daya berupa biaya, tenaga kerja, peralatan dan material serta rencana durasi proyek dengan pengefisiensian waktu untuk penyelesaian proyek. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penerapan metode Critical Path Method (CPM) pada penjadwalan proyek pembangunan kantor operasional emersia - Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari PT. Ervan Prima Abadi selaku kontraktor pelaksana proyek ini. Dari data tersebut dianalisa sehingga dapat diketahui jaringan kerja / network diagram dan jalur kritisnya. Selanjutnya akan dilakukan percepatan proyek dengan metode crashing untuk mengetahui durasi proyek dan biaya tambahan percepatan proyek ini. Dari hasil perhitungan perencana proyek dengan metode CPM yang digunakan peneliti didapatkan durasi keseluruhan kegiatan proyek adalah 198 hari kerja. Dan didapatkan jalur kritis pada kegiatan A, B, C, D, E, F, G, I, P, Q, R & S. Sedangkan setelah dilakukan percepatan/crashing waktui penyelesaian proyek menjadi 174 hari dan dengan tambahan biaya konstruksi sebesar Rp 30.793.654,-. Kata Kunci : CPM, Crashing, Penjadwalan.
