Abstract

ABSTRAK PT. Hankook Tire Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri pembuatan ban mobil. Permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi oleh PT. Hankook Tire Indonesia adalah tingginya waktu kerusakan forklift (downtime) dibagian proses mixing yang mengakibatkan proses produksi terganggu. Rata-rata downtime forklift dibagian mixing yang mencapai 7.875 menit (131,25 jam) per bulan mengakibatkan profitloss sebesar Rp.7.560.000.000 per bulan bagi perusahaan. Metode perawatan yang selama ini berjalan di PT. Hankook Tire Indonesia kurang memperhatikan faktor keandalan (reliability), dan hanya bersifat corrective maintenance. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk merencanakan perawatan mesinforkliftdengan menggunakan metode Reliabiity CenteredMaintenance (RCM), maka dapat diperoleh tiga rekomendasi tindakan perawatan yaitu Condition Directed (CD), Time Directed (TD), dan Find Failure (FF).. Metode perawatan RCM yang diusulkan berpotensi memberikan dampak positif yaitu penurunan rata-rata downtime komponen kritis sebesar 25,6%, dan peningkatan profit sebesar Rp.6.772.800.000 per bulan. Kata Kunci :Preventive Maintenance, Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Reliability Engineering, Availibility, Total Minimum Downtime (TDM), MVSM, Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). ABSTRACT PT. Hankook Tire Indonesia is a company engaged in the manufacture of car tire industry. The problems faced by PT. Hankook Tire Indonesia is the high time forklift damage (downtime) in the mixing process that resulted in the production process is disrupted. Average forklift downtime in the mixing section reaches 7,875 minutes (131.25 hours) per month resulting in profit loss of Rp.7.560.000.000 per month for the company. Method of care that has been running at PT. Hankook Tire Indonesia pay less attention to reliability factor (reliability), and only corrective maintenance. This research was conducted to plan forklift machine maintenance using Reliabiity Centered Maintenance (RCM) method, it can be obtained three treatment action recommendation that is Condition Directed (CD), Time Directed (TD), and Find Failure (FF) .. RCM treatment method It is proposed that the potential to have a positive impact is the decrease in average critical component downtime by 25.6%, and profit increase of Rp.6.772.800.000 per month.
