Abstract

The Planettary Gearbox tool Single Pinion is a tool consisting of several gears that have the function of one of them increases the rotation. Some of the gears contained in the planetary gearbox are sun gear, pinion gear and ring gear. This design consists of 2 stages with a ratio of 1:7 to the Stagenya site. The design of this single pinion planetary gearbox system uses Sofware Solidworks. The use of Solidworks at this stage is to design gear, carrier and assembly designs on the planetary gear. Then in addition to the design of the gear, the simulation creation of planetary gear rotational process has also been made with Sofwaew Solidworks.The results of this research were the creation of the desired rpm and the real pinion planetary gearbox. On the planetary gear this round input will enter through the carrier in the first stage. Then the planetary gear output will come out through the sun gear on the second stage. Alat Planettary Gearbox Single Pinion merupakan sebuah alat yang terdiri dari beberapa gear yang memiliki fungsi salah satunya meningkatkan putaran. Beberapa gear yang terdapat pada planetary gearbox yaitu sun gear, pinion gear danring gear. Desain ini terdiri dari 2 stage dengan ratio 1:7 untuk setiap stage-nya.Perancangan sistem planetary gearbox single pinion ini menggunakan Sofware Solidworks. Penggunaan Solidworks pada tahap ini adalah untuk merancang desain gear, carrier dan assembly pada planetary gear. Kemudian selain pendesaian gear tersebut, adapun pembuatan simulasi proses perputaran planetary gear juga telah dibuat dengan Sofwaew Solidworks. Hasil penelitian ini adalah terciptanya rpm yang diinginkan dan dibuatnya planetary gearbox single pinion secara nyata. Pada planetary gear ini input putaran akan masuk melalui carrier pada stage pertama. Kemudian output planetary gear akan keluar melalu sun gear pada stage ke dua.
