Abstract

This study aims to prove the hypothesis that there is a significant positive relationship between Self Efficacy and Employability Skills in final-level psychology students at Jakarta State University and University of Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Correlational Method. Data collection techniques in this study used Accidental sampling techniques. Respondents in this study were 140 final-year students, including 96 respondents from Jakarta State University students and 44 respondents from University of Indonesia students. The results of this study indicate a significant relationship between Self Efficacy and Employability Skills, the value obtained from the correlation test results is 0.265 with a significance value of 0.002 which shows a significant relationship between Self Efficacy and Employability Skills on students of the Faculty of Psychology, Jakarta State University and University Indonesia to final year students. Keywords : Self Efficacy, Employability Skills Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan hipotesis bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif yang signifikan antara Self Efficacy dengan Employability Skills pada mahasiswa psikologi tingkat akhir Universitas Negeri Jakarta dan Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekekatan kuantitatif dengan Metode Korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Accidental Sampling. Responden pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa tingkat akhir berjumlah 140 mahasiswa yang diantaranya 96 responden mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Jakarta dan 44 responden mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara Self Efficacy dengan Employability Skills, nilai yang diperoleh dari hasil uji korelasi adalah 0,265 dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 0,002 yang menunjukan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara Self Efficacy dengan Employability Skills pada mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Negeri Jakarta dan Universitas Indonesia pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir Kata Kunci : Self Efficacy, Employability Skills
