Abstract
This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the positive effects of Self Efficacy on Burnout. This study also wants to prove the difference level of Burnout based on Gender. The research data is the primary data that are obtained through the distribution of questionnaires to the respondents. The respondents were selected by using disproportionate stratified random sampling method. This study uses a quantitative method with 212 respondents which are students regular 2 on faculty of psychology in Mercu Buana University Jakarta. Hypothesis testing using simple regression test and independent sample T test. The results revealed that Self Efficacy have positive effect on Burnout. Differences in burnout based on gender can not be proven through the results of this study. Keywords : Role Stressor, Burnout, Gender Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan bukti empiris tentang pengaruh Efikasi Diri terhadap Burnout. Penelitian ini juga ingin membuktikan perbedaan tingkat Burnout berdasarkan gender / jenis kelamin. Data penelitian adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Para responden dipilih dengan menggunakan metode stratified random sampling tidak proporsional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan 212 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa Reguler 2 di fakultas Psikologi di Universitas Mercu Buana Jakarta. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji regresi sederhana dan uji T sampel independen. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa Efikasi Diri memiliki pengaruhterhadap Burnout. Perbedaan Burnout berdasarkan jenis kelamin tidak dapat dibuktikan melalui hasil penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Efikasi Diri, Burnout, Gender.
