Abstract

In effort to improve the strength of structural pavement bending, the election of the type of material as filler is material filler that smooth and can be filling cavities or pores, use of filler Sika Fume presdicted to be good to mix asphalt because it contains levels of SiO2 function increases workability. Purpose of this research is to analyze the performance of a mixture of Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC) which countains a filler Sika Fume. Marshall test result of mix filler wear Cement Portland 100%, Cement Portland 50%+ Sika Fume 50%, Sika Fume 100% with submersion 30 minute obtained value of stability that meets the requirements. Marshall test result of mix filler wear Cement Portland 100%, Cement Portland 50%+ Sika Fume 50%, Sika Fume 100% with submersion 24 hours obtained value of stability that meets the requirements. Base on Index Residual Strength which used the filler Sika Fume can be used an ingredients mix for the manufacture of asphalt but ust be assessed on the selection of the precentae of their use in order to get the value of the maximum on the asphalt. Keywords: Sika Fume, Filler, Marshall Test, Stability Dalam upaya meningkatkan kekuatan struktur perkerasan lentur, pemilihan jenis material sebagai fillermerupakan bahan pengisi yang sifatnya halus dan dapat mengisi rongga atau pori, Penggunaan filler Sika Fume diprediksi lebih baik untuk campuran aspal karena mengandung kadar SiO2 yang berfungsi meningkatkan workabilitas. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja campuran Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course (AC-WC) yang mengandung filler Sika Fume. Hasil uji Marshall campuran filler memakai Semen Portland 100%, Semen Portland 50% + Sika fume 50%, Sika Fume 100% dengan perendaman 30 menit diperoleh nilai Stabilitas yang memenuhi syarat. Hasil uji Marshall campuran filler memakai Semen Portland 100%, Semen Portland 50% + Sika fume 50%, Sika Fume 100% dengan perendaman 24 Jam diperoleh nilai Stabilitas yang memenuhi syarat. Berdasarkan dari Indeks Kekuatan Sisa (IKS) yang digunakan maka filler Sika Fume bisa digunakan sebagai bahan campuran untuk pembuatan aspal tapi harus dikaji lagi tentang pemilihan presentase penggunaannya agar mendapatkan nilai maksimum pada aspal.
