Abstract
To increase productivity and maintain quality is the focus of a Printing industry. PT. Karya Anugerah Sejahtera applies total productive maintenance. It is hoped that the industry will be able to maintain and improve machine performance in order to achieve efficiency and effectiveness. Line 3 has a larger production capacity than other lines. If there are problems on line 3, the production will be difficult to meet. Because of that, a research aimed to find out how the maintenance conditions are and how the level of effectiveness of line 3 and can provide the right recommendations to increase the effectiveness of Colamark machines on line 3. By using the method of Overall Equipment Effectiveness and Six Big losses. After doing the research, the average value of Overall Equipment Effectiveness is 64-66%. This result still does not meet the global standard of 85%. The biggest losses that caused the low OEE value were reduced speed and idle and minor stoppage in 2019 it received a reduced speed value of 38.29% and idle and minor stoppage 34.77%, while in 2020 it received a reduced speed value of 17.79% and idle and minor stoppage 21.05%. The reason for the large number of Losses consists of machine, human, environmental and material factors. Machine and human factors are the most dominant factors. To reduce these losses the company must carry out maintenance in accordance with the existing maintenance schedule. The maintenance division must carry out discussions to make a schedule between maintenance and production activities. The company also provides employees with an understanding of production targets in order to build worker motivation. Then the company must pay more attention to operator comfort in working so that fatigue can be reduced. Keywords: Six Big Losses, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), Maintenance Systems, Pareto Diagram, Fishbone Diagram. Untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan mempertahankan mutu menjadi fokus sebuah industri Printing. PT. Karya Anugerah Sejahtera menerapkan total productive maintenance diharapkan industri mampu menjaga dan memperbaiki kinerja mesin guna mencapai efisiensi dan efektifitas. Line 3 memiliki kapasitas produksi yang lebih besar dibanding line lainnya, jika terjadi kendala pada line 3 produksi akan sulit dipenuhi. Karena itu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi maintenance dan bagaimana tingkat efektivitas dari line 3 serta dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang tepat untuk meningkatkan efektivitas mesin colamark pada line 3. Dengan menggunakan metode Overall Equipment Effectiveness dan Six Big losses. Setelah dilakukan penelitian, diperoleh nilai rata�rata Overall Equipment Efectiveness sebesar tahun 2019 64,41-66,64 %. Hasil ini masih belum memenuhi standar global yaitu 85%. Losses terbesar yang menyebabkan rendahnya nilai OEE tersebut adalah reduce speed dan idle and minor stoppage ditahun 2019 mendapat nilai reduced speed 38,29% dan idle and minor stoppage 34,77%, sedangkan ditahun 2020 mendapat nilai reduced speed 17,79 % dan idle and minor stoppage 21,05% . Penyebab besarnya Losses terdiri dari faktor mesin, manusia, lingkungan, dan material. Faktor mesin dan manusia merupakan faktor yang paling dominan. Untuk mengurangi kerugian tersebut perusahaan harus melakukan pemeliharaan sesuai dengan jadwal maintenance yang sudah ada. Devisi maintenance harus melakuakan diskusi untuk membuat jadwal antara kegiatan maintenance dan produksi. Perusahaan juga memberi pemahaman target produksi kepada pekerja guna membangun motivasi pekerja. Kemudian perusahaan harus lebih memperhatikan kenyamanan operator dalam bekerja sehingga kelelahan bisa dikurangi.
