Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of authoritarian leadership style on job satisfaction in PT. Bornga Korean Rest. This type of research includes the type of quantitative research, with a questionnaire as a sample data collection tool of 60 respondents, with a sampling method that is the Likert scale. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that authoritarian leadership style is positive and significant for job satisfaction. The results showed a significant influence between authoritarian leadership styles on job satisfaction by 73.6%. Therefore the results of the study concluded that there was an influence of authoritarian leadership on the job satisfaction of PT .ornga Korean Rest employees. Keywords : Leadership Authoritarian, Job Statisfiction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinana otoriter terhadap kepuasan kerja pada Perusahaan PT. Bornga Korean Rest. Tipe penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan data dengan sampel sebesar 60 responden, dengan metode pengambilan sampel yaitu skala likert. Teknik analisa menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan otoriter secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan otoriter terhadap kepuasan kerja sebesar 73,6%. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian menyimpulkan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan otoriter terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT.Bornga Korean Rest.
