Abstract

This study aims to find out and understand the message of sexual satisfaction in a mixed orientation marriage. Where one partner is identified as homosexual and the other pair is identified as heterosexual. Most Indonesians still consider homosexuality an abnormal individual, so many homosexuals choose to marry the opposite sex for social needs from the perspective of society. In this study four out of five subjects experienced problems in their marriage, especially problems in sexual satisfaction, four subjects had difficulty when having sex with their opposite sex partner, so the subject chose to seek sexual satisfaction, by looking for same-sex partners outside the household. The results of this qualitative study show that one in four subjects experienced satisfaction in their marriage, especially in sexual satisfaction. Three out of five subjects undergo forced marriages, because of the demands of parents and their social demands. And only two subjects married because of their own personal desires. Keywords: Sexual Satisfaction, Mixed Orientation Marriage, Homosexual, Bisexual Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memahami gamabaran kepuasan seksual pada mixed orientation marriage. Dimana satu pasangan teridentifikasi dengan orientasi sebagai homoseksual dan pasangan yang lainnya teridentifikasi dengan orientasi sebagai heteroseksual. Sebagian besar masyarakat Indonesia masih menganggap bahwa homoseksual adalah individu yang abnormal, sehingga banyak homoseksual yang memilih untuk menikah dengan lawan jenis nya demi kebutuhan sosial dari pandangan masyarakat. Dalam penelitian ini empat dari lima subjek mengalami masalah dalam pernikahannya, terutama masalah dalam kepuasan seksual, empat subjek mengalami kesulitan ketika berhubungan seks dengan pasangan lawan jenis nya, sehingga subjek memilih mencari kepuasan secara seksual, dengan mencari pasangan sesama jenis diluar rumah tangganya. Hasil penelitian kualitatif ini menujukan bahwa satu dari empat subjek mengalami kepuasan dalam pernikahannya terutama dalam kepuasan seksual. Tiga dari lima subjek menjalani pernikahan secara terpaksa, karena tuntutan orang tua sertatuntutan sosialnya. Dan hanya dua subjek yang menikah karna keinginan pribadinya sendiri.
