Abstract

Electricity Energy is very important in a building, such as in the Pesona Building. This is because electricity is the main support in building operations, especially in the use of air conditioning and light conditioning equipment. Therefore it is necessary to do energy conservation. Energy conservation is an increase in energy efficiency used or an energy saving process. In other words, this process involves the existence of an energy audit, which is a method used to calculate the level of energy consumption of a building where the results will be compared with the existing standards and then look for a savings solution. energy consumption if the level of energy consumption exceeds the existing standard. The energy audit in Pesona Building aims to find out the energy use and energy utilization conditions in the charm building. Based on the results of the audit, obtained Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) of 68,676 kWh/m2/year and included in the very efficient category. Even though IKE is still in accordance with the standard, the results of lighting measurements and AC are not in accordance with the standard so that repairs need to be done. The recommended energy saving opportunity is to replace the 36 watt TL lamp to LED 18 watt so that it saves power by 18 watt, changes the type of lamp and adjusts the color of paint in each room. the opportunity to save energy on AC is to increase the temperature according to SNI 6197-2011, which is 24-27 ° so that every 1 ° increase in AC will save power byElectricity Energy is very important in a building, such as in the Pesona Building. Hal ini disebabkan karena energi listrik merupakan penunjang utama dalam operasional gedung, terutama pada penggunaan peralatan pengkondisian udara dan pengkondisian cahaya. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan konservasi energi. Konservasi energi adalah peningkatan efisiensi energi yang digunakan atau proses penghematan energi. Dengan kata lain, proses ini melibatkan adanya audit energi, yaitu sebuah metode yang digunakan untuk menghitung tingkat konsumsi energi suatu bangunan yang mana hasilnya nanti akan dibandingkan dengan standar yang ada untuk kemudian dicari solusi penghematan. konsumsi energi jika tingkat konsumsi energinya melebihi standar yang baku yang ada. Audit energi di Gedung Pesona bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan energi dan kondisi pemanfaatan energi di gedung pesona. Berdasarkan hasil audit , didapatkan Intensitas Konsumsi Energi (IKE) sebesar 68,676 kWh/m2/tahun dan masuk dalam kategori sangat efisien. Walalupun IKE tersebut masih sesuai standar tetapi hasil pengukuran pencahayaan dan AC tidak sesuai standar sehingga perlu dilakukan perbaikan. Peluang penghematan energi yang direkomendasikan adalah dengan mengganti lampu TL 36 watt menjadi LED 18 watt sehingga menghemat daya sebesar 18 watt, mengganti tipe lampu dan penyesuain warna cat di setiap ruangan. peluang penghematan energi pada AC adalah dengan menaikkan temperature sesuai SNI 6197-2011 yaitu 24-27° sehingga setiap kenaikan 1° pada AC akan menghemat daya sebesar 1.064,88kWh/tahun, melakukan service secara rutin, penempatan AC yang tepat dan pemilihan tipe AC yang sesuai.
