Abstract

This study focused on differences in academic procrastination in terms of gender differences, namely male and female students at the Regular Psychology Faculty 2 who were completing their final assignment at X Jakarta Meruya University with a sample of 78 students, a simple random sampling technique. used Explanatory Survey (questionnaire) Data collection was carried out using the scale of academic procrastination based on the dimensions of Ferrari. The analysis technique used is the Independent Sample T-Test. The results showed that t count = -2,937 and the value of p = 0.004 means that there are significant differences in Academic Procrastination between male students and female students who are completing their final assignments. Keywords : Academic Procrastination, Students Working, Students Final Project, Gender Penelitian ini difokuskan pada perbedaan prokrastinasi akademik ditinjau dari perbedaan jenis kelamin yaitu mahasiswa laki-laki dan mahasiswa perempuan pada Fakultas Psikologi Reguler 2 yang sedang menyelesaikan tugas akhir di Universitas X Jakarta Meruya dengan jumlah sampel 78 mahasiswa, teknik sampel yang digunakan Simple Random Samping Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan Explanatory Survey (kuisioner) Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala prokrastinasi akademik berdasarkan dimensi Ferrari. Teknik analisa yang digunakan adalah Independent Sample T-Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan t hitung = -2,937 dan nilai p = 0,004 artinya terdapat perbedaan Prokrastinasi Akademik yang signifikan antara mahasiswa laki-laki dan mahasiswa perempuan yang sedang menyelesaikan tugas akhir.
