Abstract
Jaringan yang terdiri dari berbagai sistem operasi dan berbagai peralatan jaringan umumnya lebih rumit untuk dikelola daripada jaringan dengan peer to peer. Sebagian besar jaringan akan berubah karena mereka berevolusi selama periode waktu tertentu. Dengan bertambahnya semua peralatan jaringan yang dapat mengakses jaringan homogen maka baik itu kabel atau nirkabel, dapat mengurangi standar kualitas layanan atau Quality of Service (QOS). Beberapa kriteria QOS tersebut adalah Troughput dan Delay pada saat pengiriman data. QOS ini dijadikan standar baik buruknya kualitas layanan dalam jaringan homogen yang sangat beragam sistem operasi, wifi dual frekuensi, smartphone dan lain-lain. Dan di optimalisasi dengan metode Algoritma Genetika dengan pemrograman python, dan simulasi dengan emulator mininet. Penelitian ini membandingkan kinerja jaringan sebelum dan sesudah optimasi menggunakan algoritma genetika. Hasil optimasi dengan algoritma genetik dapat menemukan jalur tercepat dan mempersingkat waktu transfer dari 8 ms menjadi 3 ms. Kata kunci — Jaringan Homogen, QOS, Optimasi, Algoritma Genetika, Mininet. Networks that consist of various operating systems and various network equipment are generally more complicated to manage than peer to peer networks. Most networks will change because they evolve over a certain period of time. With the addition of all network equipment that can access a homogeneous network, whether wired or wireless, it can reduce the quality of service (QOS) quality standards. Some of the QOS criteria are throughput and delay when sending data. This QOS is used as a standard for the quality of service in a homogeneous network which is very diverse operating systems, dual-frequency wifi, smartphones and others. And optimized with the Genetic Algorithm method with python programming, and simulation with the Mininet emulator. This study compares the network performance before and after optimization using genetic algorithms. The results of optimization with genetic algorithms can find the fastest path and shorten the transfer time from 8 ms to 3 ms Keywords - Homogeneous Networks, QOS, Optimization, Genetic Algorithms, Mininet.
