Abstract
The purpose of this study is to obtain the process of intention shaping in candidate for organ donation (Posthumous Organ Donation) in Jakarta so that can be used as a reference to know how to form donor intention from society which is the goal is to increase the number of donor and organ donation. This study used single subject and using a qualitative approach with structured interviews with the subject and content analysis that revealed to be able to register for candidate for organ donation it is necessary to have a positive attitude from donor candidate for organ donation behavior and after that can be supported by the donor’s perception that their social support them for donor behavior or subject perception about whether the organ donation decision is easy to done or not (Perceived Behavioral Control). Keyword: Organ Donation, Attitude, Intention Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat proses pembentukan intensi pada calon pendonor organ meninggal di Jakarta sehingga dapat digunakan sebagai acuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara membentuk intensi mendonor pada masyarakat luas yang pada akhirnya akan menambah jumlah pendonor dan kegiatan donor organ. Jumlah subjek pada penelitian ini berjumlah 1 orang, dan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan disertai wawancara terstruktur dengan subjek.Dari hasil wawancara dan analisa diketahui bahwa untuk menjadi pendonor organ maka dibutuhkan sikap positif dari pendonor terhadap perilaku donor organ dan dapat diperkuat dengan persepsi dari pendonor mengenai dukungan dari lingkungan sosial terhadap perilaku donor ataupun persepsi subjek mengenai mudah atau tidaknya donor dilakukan (Perceived Behavioral Control). Kata Kunci: Donor Organ, Sikap, Intensi
