Abstract

Secara global meningkatnya kebutuhan pada Industri ICT (Information and Communication Technology) sedang mengalami kemajuan yang sangat pesat, khususnya pada teknologi telekomunikasi broadband.. Dengan teknologi tersebut, maka mudah untuk dapat saling bertukar informasi antara yang satu dengan yang lain meskipun berada pada jarak yang sangat jauh, kecepatan data yang berkualitas dengan biaya yang terjangkau dan tanpa adanya keterbatasan. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan agar lebih baik dilakukan modernisasi transmisi akses, modernisasi jaringan akses dilakukan dengan mengubah jaringan kabel tembaga beralih ke kabel serat optic. Kabel serat optic mampu membawa kapasitas user lebih besar, oleh karena itu penelitian ini akan membahas Tekno Ekonomi dan QoS Pada Implementasi Jaringan FTTH Untuk Layanan Broadband. Dimana hal ini dilakukan untuk melihat kelayakan apakah investasi pada pembangunan infrastruktur jaringan fiber optic pada FTTH menguntungkan atau tidak bagi perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode tekno ekonomi dan Quality of Service untuk layanan broadband. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa nilai NPV yang didapat adalah Rp 189,393,209 dengan IRR 20% , nilai Net Benefit yang didapat 1.389 dan durasi payback period 2 tahun 9 bulan dan QoS yang pada layanan jaringan sangat baik. Berdasarkan parameter tersebut dapat dilihat bahwa investasi dalam implementasi tersebut layak untuk dilanjutkan. Kata Kunci – Tekno Ekonomi, Fiber Optic, FTTH,NPV, Kelayakan. Globally, the increasing need for the ICT (Information and Communication Technology) Industry is progressing very rapidly, especially in broadband telecommunication technology. With this technology, it is easy to be able to exchange information between one another even though it is at a very large distance. long distance, quality data rates at affordable costs and without limitations. To improve the quality of service so that it is better to modernize access transmission, modernization of the access network is done by changing the copper cable network to a fiber optic cable. Fiber optic cable is able to carry a larger user capacity, therefore this study will discuss Techno-Economics on the Implementation of FTTH Network for Broadband Services. Where this is done to see the feasibility of investing in the construction of fiber optic network infrastructure in FTTH profitable or not for the company. This study uses techno-economic methods. The results showed that the NPV value obtained was Rp. 189,393,209 with an IRR of 20%, the Net Benefit value obtained was 1,389 and the duration of the payback period was 2 years and 9 months.
