Abstract
This study aims to determine whether there is a significant relation between consumptive behavior in women's careers with subjective well being in this study there were 78 out of a population of 97 which will be used in this study. This research is located at PT ARYAN INDONESIA or KidZania Jakarta is a theme park or 'city' of children that emphasizes the elements of education and entertainment (edutainment) the first in Southeast Asia for children aged 2-16 years. From the correlation analysis carried out by researchers, the correlation value is seen as .362 with a significance of <0.05 and it can be concluded that there is a relations between consumptive and subjective well being (SWB) behavior in career women at PT ARYAN INDONESIA Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan yang signifikan antara Perilaku konsumtif pada wanita karir dengan subjective well being pt aryan indonesia . dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 78 dari total keseluruhan populasi yang berjumlah 97 akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Penelitian ini bertempat di PT ARYAN INDONESIA atau KidZania Jakarta adalah sebuah theme park atau ’kota’-nya anak-anak yang mengedepankan unsur pendidikan dan hiburan (edutainment) yang pertama di Asia Tenggara bagi anak-anak usia 2-16 tahun. Dari analisa korelasi yang dilakukan oleh peneliti terlihat nilai korelasinya adalah .362 dengan signifikikansi <0.05 dan dapat di simpulkan adanya hubungan prilaku konsumtif dan Subjectif well being (SWB) Pada wanita Karir di PT ARYAN INDONESIA
