Abstract

This study aims to analyze physical work environment and psychological work environment of work achievement on PT. ISS Indonesia, Bintaro, South Tangerang. The subject of this research is employee on PT. ISS Indonesia which amounts to 1993 people. Determination sample use Slovin formula 5%, so as obtain the number of samples as much 95 people. The research did by spreading questionaires to 95 respondents. Data analisis used in this research is statistic analisis in form multiple linear regression and using SPSS application version 20. After testing three variables using Test F obtained that f count = 109.909 and after being consulted with Ftable at a significant level of 5% and n = (-3) showed f table = 3.10 Which means there is a positive and significant influence between Physical work environment and psychological work environments towards work achievement, because F count (109.909) > F table (3.10). The results of the study concluded that there was a positive and significant influence between the physical work environment (X1) and the Psychological work environment (X2) simultaneously to the achievement of work achievement (Y). Keywords: physical work environment, psychological work environment, work achievement Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja psikologis terhadap prestasi kerja pada karyawan PT. ISS Indonesia, Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. ISS Indonesia, Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan yang berjumlah 1993 orang. Penentuan sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin 5% sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 95 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 95 responden.. Setelah dilakukan pengujian terhadap tiga variabel yang telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji f diperoleh bahwa f hitung = 109,909 dan setelah dikonsultasikan dengan f tabel pada taraf signifikan 5% dan n = (-3) menunjukkan f tabel = 3,10 yang artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja psikologis terhadap prestasi kerja karena f hitung (109,909) > f tabel (3,10). Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara lingkungan kerja fisik (X1) dan lingkungan kerja psikologis (X2) secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja (Y) Kata kunci: lingkungan kerja fisik, lingkungan kerja psikologis, prestasi kerja
