Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that affect the value of the company which consist of the current ratio, debt asset ratio and inventory turnover. This type of research is a causal research with quantitative research using secondary data and this research was conducted at food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses a sample of 22 companies with a period of 2 years, namely 2017-2018 so that the total sample becomes 44 companies. The results of this study indicate that the current ratio, inventory turnover have no effect on firm value, while debt asset ratio affects firm value. Keywords: current ratio, debt asset ratio, inventory turnover, price book value Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan yang terdiri dari current ratio, debt asset ratio dan perputaran persediaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kausal dengan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder dan penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 22 perusahaan dengan periode 2 tahun yaitu 2017-2018 sehingga seluruh sampel menjadi 44 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa current ratio dan perputaran persediaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan debt asset ratio berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
