Abstract

Presicion Air Conditioning Equipment System (PAC) is an important thing in operational activities to maintain the temperature and humidity of every company that has a large and critical server unit, both banking, industrial and service companies. At present the data is obtained that the Presicion Air Conditioning (PAC) equipment has experienced a life time product so that this has become an obsolete issue that poses a risk to the availability of spare parts on the market, equipment performance and efficiency. Apart from the age of the equipment, over time there has been an increase in load requirements for the operational needs of the server unit, thus upgrading the overall Presicion Air Conditioning (PAC) system by considering reliability, efficiency, ease of maintenance and flexibility of the operating system. This study aims to determine and analyze the PAC engine using the Overall Equipement Effectiveness (OEE) method. The OEE method can follow the ideal world class standard with a standard value of Availability 90%, Performance Efficiency 95%, Rate of Quality 99% and OEE 85%. It is expected that by using quantitative and qualitative methods it can find out the OEE values of each machine and what factors influence it by means of a fishbone diagram and 5 why. The results showed the OEE value on each machine was below the world class standard of 85%. According to the fishbone diagram analysis, the causes of disruption in the operation of the engine system / air conditioner presicion equipment (PAC) which make the value of the overall equipment deficiency decrease below the standard are the lack of technical training, no SOP, no PAC backup, and no contract spareparts with vendors. Keywords: Presicion Air Conditioning (PAC), Overall Equementement Effectiveness (OEE), fish bone diagram, 5 why analysis Sistem Peralatan Presicion Air Conditioning (PAC) merupakan hal penting dalam kegiatan operasional untuk menjaga suhu dan kelembapan ruangan setiap perusahaan yang memiliki unit server yang besar dan kritikal baik perusahaan perbankan, industri maupun jasa. Saat ini diperoleh data bahwa Peralatan Presicion Air Conditioning (PAC) telah mengalami life time product sehingga hal ini menjadi obsolete issue yang beresiko terhadap ketersediaan sparepart dipasar, performa dan efisiensi peralatan. Selain daripada usia pakai peralatan, seiring dengan perkembangan waktu telah terjadi penambahan kebutuhan beban untuk kebutuhan operasional unit server, dengan demikian diperlukan upgrade sistem Peralatan Presicion Air Conditioning (PAC) secara menyeluruh dengan mempertimbangkan reliability, efficiency, kemudahan maintenance dan fleksibilitas sistem operasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa mesin PAC dengan menggunakan metode Overall equipement Effectiveness (OEE). Metode OEE dapat mengikuti standar world class ideal dengan nilai standar Availability 90%, Performance Efficiency 95%, Rate of Quality 99% dan OEE 85%. Diharapkan dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif maka dapat mengetahui nilai-nilai OEE setiap mesin dan faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhinya dengan cara fishbone diagram dan 5 why. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai OEE pada setiap mesin masih dibawah standar world class yaitu 85%. Sesuai analisa fishbone diagram, penyebab gangguan pada operasional sistem mesin/peralatan presicion air conditioner (PAC) yang membuat turunnya nilai Overall equipement Effectiveness (OEE) di bawah standar adalah kurangnya training teknisi, belum ada SOP, belum ada backup PAC, dan belum memiliki kontrak sparepart dengan vendor.
