Abstract
This study aims to examine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on OCBE employees in the Suku Dinas Cipta Karya, Tata Ruang dan Pertanahan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire to 60 respondents who were further analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Descriptive analysis in this study is used to provide an overview of the characteristics of respondents and an overview of research variables, while quantitative analysis conducted with SEM-PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis techniques will be used to test the hypotheses in this research. Based on the results of the analysis in this study, the results show that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCBE, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCBE, organizational commitment has no effect on OCBE. In addition, the analysis also shows that job satisfaction is a good mediator because transformational leadership and organizational commitment are proven to have a positive and significant effect on OCBE through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Transformational leadership is the most influential variable on OCBE. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Citizenship Behavior for the Environtment (OCBE) Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasional terhadap OCBE pegawai Suku Dinas Cipta Karya, Tata Ruang dan Pertanahan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Utara dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa kuesioner terhadap 60 responden yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Analisis deskriptif dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran mengenai karakteristik responden dan gambaran variabel penelitian, sedangkan analisis kuantitatif yang dilakukan dengan teknik analisis SEM – PLS (Partial Least Square) akan digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dalam penelitian ini, diperoleh hasil bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCBE, kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap OCBE, komitmen organisasional tidak berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhadap OCBE. Selain itu hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja merupakan pemediasi yang baik karena kepemimpinan transformasional dan komitmen organisasional terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signikan terhadap OCBE melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap OCBE.
