Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of organizational culture, non- financial compensation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment at the Pusat Pengkajian Strategi TNI. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, the method used is by distributing questionnaires to employees that is using a Likert scale, respondents are used as many as 55 employees, using SPSS 25 software programs, data analysis is done using validity, reliability and multiple linear regression correlations. Sampling technique obtained from a sample of 55 respondents, data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The results showed that; (1) Organizational culture has a unsignificant effect on organizational commitment; (2) Non-financial compensation has a significant effect on organizational commitment; (3) Job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Non-Financial Compensation, Employee Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, kompensasi non finansial dan kepuasan kerja terhadap komitmen organisasional pada Pusat Pengkajian Strategi TNI. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, metode yang digunakan adalah dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada pegawai yaitu menggunakan skala likert, responden yang digunakan sebanyak 55 pegawai, menggunakan program software SPSS 25, analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas dan korelasi regresi linier berganda. Teknik sampling yang diperoleh dari sampel sebanyak 55 responden, teknik analisa data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; (1) Budaya organisasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; (2) Kompensasi non finansial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi; (3) Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi.
