Abstract

Gears are used to transmit large power and precise rotation. The gears have a tooth around it, so that the power forwarding is performed by the gears of both wheels intertwined. Gears are often used because it can carry out rounds and power that are more varied and more compact than using other transmission tools, whereas Torqflow transmission serves to regulate the speed of forward or backward motion and on the machine the less important thing is to increase the torque by reducing the rotation by comparing the number of Gigi-giginya to the transmission. The heavy equipment Unit is now transmission using the Planetary gear components, and partly in the final drive (the final mover) of its components using a planetary gearbox as its successor and reducing its rotation. The Planetary gearbox system consists of three elements, namely: Sun gear, Carrier and Ring gear. When attempting to rotate two elements of all three or one played while the other is withheld it will produce a varied rotation the Planetary Gear System Double Pinions design process has been successfully created with the specification gear – gear on a planetary gearbox such as the number of Sun Gear 18T, Inner Pinion Gear 28T, Outter Pinion Gear 44T And 150 Ring And by modeling Planetary Gearbox Double Pinion More simplify the performance of the generator. As well as Planetary Gearbox can be said to be more efficient and do not take up much workspace even cost for the manufacturing process. Keywords: Planetary Gearbox Double Pinion system, Planetary Gearbox Single Pinion system, and efficiency. Roda gigi digunakan untuk mentransmisikan daya besar dan putaran yang tepat. Roda gigi memiliki gigi di sekelilingnya, sehingga penerusan daya dilakukan oleh gigi-gigi kedua roda yang saling berkait. Roda gigi sering digunakan karena dapat meneruskan putaran dan daya yang lebih bervariasi dan lebih kompak daripada menggunakan alat transmisi yang lainnya, sedangkan Torqflow Transmission berfungsi untuk mengatur kecepatan gerak maju atau mundur dan pada alat berat yang tak kalah pentingnya adalah untuk meningkatkan torsi dengan cara mereduksi putarannya melalui perbandingan jumlah gigi-giginya pada transmisi. Unit Alat Berat sekarang transmisinya menggunakan komponen Planetary Gear, dan sebagian juga didalam Final Drive (penggerak akhir) komponennya menggunakan Planetary Gearbox sebagai penerus tenaga dan mereduksi putarannya. Planetary Gearbox system terdiri dari tiga elemen, yaitu: Sun gear, Carrier dan Ring Gear. Apabila mencoba untuk memutarkan dua elemen dari ketiganya atau satu diputar sedangkan satu lagi ditahan maka akan menghasilkan putaran yang bervariasi Proses rancang bangun Planetary Gear System Double Pinions telah berhasil dibuat dengan Spesifikasi Gear – Gear pada Planetary Gearbox seperti jumlah gigi Sun Gear 18T, Inner Pinion Gear 28T, Outter Pinion Gear 44T dan Ring Gear 150T telah berhasil di Assembly. Dan Dengan pemodelan Planetary Gearbox Double Pinion lebih mempermudahkan kinerja dari generator. Serta Planetary Gearbox bisa dikatakan lebih efisien dan tak memakan banyak ruang kerja bahkan biaya untuk proses pembuatan. Kata kunci: Planetary Gearbox Sistem Double Pinion, Planetary Gearbox Sistem Single Pinion, dan Efisiensi.
