Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, liquidity, activity and firm size on firm value. The population in this study were building construction sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012 to 2018. The sample was determined using purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is panel data regression analysis. The selected model is the Fixed Effect Model. The results showed that the capital structure, profitability, liquidity, activity and firm size simultaneously affect firm value. Partially it is found that capital structure and profitability have a positive effect on firm value, activity and firm size have a negative effect on firm value, while liquidity has no effect on firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, profitabilitas, likuiditas, aktifitas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan subsektor konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2012 sampai 2018. Penentuan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi data panel. Model terpilih yaitu Fixed Effect Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa struktur modal, profitabilitas, likuiditas, aktifitas dan ukuran perusahaan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Secara parsial ditemukan bahwa struktur modal dan profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, aktifitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan likuiditas tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
