Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Altman Z-Score financial ratios on stock prices (a study of plantation subsector companies that went public on the Indonesia stock exchange). The research data are annual data from 2014 to 2018. The sampling method used was purposive sampling. From a population of 16 plantation sub-sector companies, 15 plantation sub-sector companies meet the criteria to be sampled. The analytical method used in this study is panel data regression. The results showed Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), Earning Before Interest and Tax (EBITTA, Retained Earnings to Total Assets (RETA), and Market Value Equity to Book Value of Total Liabilites (MVEBTL) simultaneously are having significant influence to the Stock Price. Partially Earning Before Interest and Tax (EBITTA) and Market Value Equity to Book Value of Total Liabilites (MVEBTL) have a significant positive effect on stock prices, while Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA) and Retained Earnings to Total Assets (RETA) have no significant effect on stock prices of plantation sub- sector companies. Keywords = Working Capital to Total Assets (WCTA), Earning Before Interest and Tax (EBITTA), Retained Earnings to Total Assets (RETA), Market Value Equity to Book Value of Total Liabilites (MVEBTL), Stock Prices Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisi pengaruh rasio – rasio keuangan Altman Z – Score terhadap harga saham (studi pada perusahaan subsektor perkebunan yang go public di bursa efek Indonesia). Data penelitian ini merupakan data tahunan mulai dari tahun 2014 sampai dengan 2018. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Dari populasi 16 perusahaan subsektor perkebunan, 15 perusahaan subsektor perkebunan memenuhi kriteria menjadi sebagai sampel. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA), Earning Before Interest and Tax (EBITTA), Retained Earnings to Total Asset (RETA), dan Market Value Equity to Book Value of Total Liabilities (MVEBTL) secara bersama – sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif terhadap Harga Saham. Secara parsial Earning Before Interest and Tax (EBITTA) dan Market Value Equity to Book Value of Total Liabilities (MVEBTL) berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham, sedangkan Working Capital to Total Asset (WCTA) dan Retained Earnings to Total Asset (RETA) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Harga Saham perusahaan subsektor perkebunan.
