Abstract
One of the functions owned by the DKI Jakarta Metrology Management Unit Laboratory is to be able to carry out a calibration of measuring instruments. The laboratory room is monitored daily so that the temperature and humidity are stable according to the rules. Sometimes the electricity is down at night so when the device will be tested the next day, the examiner must wait longer so that the room temperature returns stable. This step takes a long time. So as to make time efficient, a design is made that can monitor the temperature of the room so it can be accessed anytime and anywhere.This tool aims to make it easier for testers to check the temperature before calibration the tool. This tool is made with nodeMCU components, DHT11 temperature sensor, jumper cable, buzzer, LCD and cover (tool protector). The design was tested by comparing the results of temperature readings by a digital thermohygrometer in the available laboratory room. The research method is focused on comparing the values of the test temperature and the temperature of the thermohygrometer so that the error value is obtained. The error value obtained from the temperature value read in the design of the test with the temperature value read in a standard digital thermohygrometer is 0.01% and the humidity error value is 0.03%. The conclusion of the test this time was found that the tool that the author designed was quite good and could be applied in the laboratory. Keywords : Buzzer, LCD, nodeMCU, DHT11 sensor, thingspeak Salah satu fungsi dari laboratorium di kantor Unit Pengelola Metrologi DKI Jakarta adalah untuk melakukan sebuah kalibrasi alat ukur dan kondisi ruangannya dipantau setiap hari agar suhu dan kelembabannya stabil sesuai dengan aturan. Terkadang ketika mati lampu di malam hari dan pada saat pagi hari akan dilakukan pengujian alat, maka penguji menunggu sedikit lebih lama agar suhu ruangan stabil. Langkah ini tidak efektif, sehingga dibuatlah sebuah rancang bangun untuk memantau suhu ruangan dari jarak jauh yang dapat diakses kapan dan dimana saja.Alat ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan penguji dalam melakukan pengecekan suhu sebelum kalibrasi alat. Alat ini dibuat dengan komponen-komponen nodeMCU, sensor suhu DHT11, kabel jumper, buzzer, LCD dan cover (pelindung alat). Rancang bangun ini diuji dengan membandingkan nilai hasil pembacaan suhu oleh termohygrometer digital di ruang laboratorium yang tersedia. Metode penelitian difokuskan pada perbandingan nilai suhu uji dan suhu termohygrometer sehingga didapatkan nilai error. Adapun nilai error yang didapatkan dari nilai suhu yang terbaca pada rancang bangun uji dengan nilai suhu yang terbaca di termohygrometer digital standar yaitu 0,01% dan nilai error kelembaban yaitu 0,03%.Kesimpulan pengujian kali ini didapatkan bahwa alat yang penulis rancang tergolong baik dan dapat diaplikasikan di laboratorium.
