Abstract
The purpose of the study wanted to know the influence of organizational culture and work environment on OCB with the organization's commitment as an intervening variable in the credit card division of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The number of samples used for this study was 80 permanent employees of BRI credit card division, while analyzing the data using path analysis techniques (Path Model) supported by smartPLS software version 3.2.9. Researchers used 4 variables, 16 dimensions, and 48 indicators. Based on the results of organizational culture research, positive and significant influence on the commitment of the organization. The work environment has a positive and significant impact on the organization's commitment. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organizational commitment has a positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through organizational commitment. The work environment has a positive and insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) through organizational commitments. The number of respondents used in this study is very limited, therefore future research can be improved the accuracy of further research by using more respondent data, for example 100 to 300 respondents. Keywords: Organizational culture, work environment, organizational commitment, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Tujuan dari penelitian ingin mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap OCB dengan komitmen organisasi sebagai variabel intervening pada divisi kartu kredit PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Jumlah sampel digunakan untuk penelitian ini 80 pegawai tetap divisi kartu kredit BRI, sedangkan menganalisa data menggunakan teknik analisis jalur (Path Model) didukung dengan software smartPLS versi 3.2.9. Peneliti menggunakan 4 variabel, 16 dimensi, dan 48 indikator. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian budaya organisasi, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) melalui komitmen organisasi. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) melalui komitmen organisasi. Jumlah responden yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sangat terbatas, untuk itu penelitian yang akan datang dapat ditingkatkan akurasi penelitian selanjutnya dengan menggunakan data responden yang lebih banyak, misalnya 100 sampai dengan 300 responden.
