Abstract

Increased load growth at the K85E distribution substation has resulted in transformers with a capacity of 400 kVA exceeding 80% of the capacity of the transformer or overload, so it is necessary to uprate with a transformer with a capacity of 630 kVA. The percentage of actual measurement data when peak load is 86.62%, after uprating 55.01%. In order for electric power distribution to have high reliability it is necessary to have load forecasting in order to predict future loads. One method in predicting load development is using the linear regression method, forecasting the previous 6 years starting in 2014-2019 for the percentage outside the peak load time is 84.75% or 338.28 kVA while Peak Load Time is 88.79% or 355.17 kVA. The results of the analysis of the development of the load outside the peak load when the percentage of its load is 78.79% or 496.41 kVA while the condition of the peak load time is 79.70% or 502.14 kVA of the 630 kVA transformer capacity, able to cope with the increase in load for 10 years future or until 2029 and if needed the transformer is still capable of bearing 90% loading or during 2035 Keywords:uprating transformer, load forecasting, linear regression method Meningkatnya pertumbuhan beban pada gardu distribusi K85E mengakibatkan transformator berkapasitas 400 kVA melebihi 80% kapasitas transformator atau overload (beban lebih) sehingga perlu di lakukan uprating dengan transformator berkapasitas 630 kVA. Persentase data pengukuran waktu beban puncak adalah sebesar 86,62%, setelah dilakukan uprating sebesar 55,01 %. Supaya penyaluran tenaga listrik memiliki keandalan yang tinggi perlu adanya load forecasting (peramalan beban) sebagai upaya untuk memprediksi beban yang akan datang. Salah satu metode dalam memprediksi perkembangan beban adalah menggunakan metode regresi linier, peramalan beban 6 tahun sebelumnya mulai pada tahun 2014-2019 untuk persentase luar waktu beban puncak adalah 84,75 % atau 338,28 kVA sedangkan Waktu Beban Puncak 88,79 % atau 355.17 kVA. Hasil analisis perkembangan beban pada luar waktu beban puncak persentase beban nya adalah 78,79 % atau 496,41 kVA sedangkan kondisi waktu beban puncak 79,70 % atau 502,14 kVA dari kapasitas transformator 630 kVA tersebut, mampu mengatasi kenaikan beban selama 10 tahun mendatang atau 2020 sampai 2029 dan jika diperlukan transformator masih mampu memikul pembebanan 90 % atau selama 2035 Kata kunci :uprating transformator, peramalan beban, metode regresi linier
