Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan pengembangan, motivasi, dan kompensasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Indojapan Steel Center. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksplanatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Indojapan Steel Center yaitu sebanyak 91 karyawan. Penentuan jumlah sampel dilakukan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling sehingga sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 91 karyawan PT. Indojapan Steel Center. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya diolah menggunakan program SPSS versi 22.00, metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda dan hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pengembangan, motivasi, dan kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja di PT. Indojapan Steel Center. Kemudian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan pengembangan, motivasi, dan kompensasi secara bersama-sama dalam mempengaruhi variabel produktivitas kerja yaitu sebesar 0,879 atau 87,9%, sedangkan 12,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar variabel penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Motivasi, Pelatihan Pengembangan, Produktivitas Kerja The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of development training, motivation, and compensation on employee work productivity at PT Indojapan Steel Center. The method used is a quantitative method with an explanatory type of research. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Indojapan Steel Center as many as 91 employees. Determination of the number of samples is done using simple random sampling technique so that the samples used in this study were 91 employees of PT. Indojapan Steel Center. The data obtained are then processed using the SPSS program version 22.00, the analytical method used is multiple linear regression and hypothesis. The results showed that training in development, motivation, and compensation had an effect on work productivity at PT. Indojapan Steel Center. Then simultaneously show that training in development, motivation, and compensation influencing work productivity variables is equal to 0.879 or 87.9%, while 12.1% is influenced by other factors outside of this research variable.
