Abstract
This research aims to investigate the influence of principal’s leadership, discipline and competence on the performance of teachers in Saint Yakobus’ Foundation Jakarta. The sample in this study there are 95 teachers. The method used in this study is a survey method, where researchers wanted to determine the effect of other variables, either partially or simultaneously by analyzing the data correlation and linear regression analysis, using tools Statistical Product and Service Solution or SPSS version 22.0. The research showed that the variables of principal’s leadership, discipline and competence positive effect on the performance of teachers in Saint Yakobus Foundation Jakarta. Thus the three variables of principal’s leadership, discipline and competence simultaneously (together) proved to be a significant and positive effect on the performance of teachers in Saint Yakobus Foundation Jakarta. Keywords: Principal’s Leadership, Discipline, Competence and Teacher Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Santo Yakobus Jakarta. Sampel dalam penelitian ini ada 95 orang guru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey, dimana peneliti ingin mengetahui pengaruh variabel yang lainnya, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan dengan menganalisa data korelasi dan analaisa regresi linier, menggunakan alat bantu Statistical Product and Service Solution atau SPSS versi 22.0. Dari penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Santo Yakobus Jakarta. Dengan demikian ketiga variabelkepemimpinan kepala sekolah, disiplin dan kompetensi secara simultan (bersama-sama) terbukti signifikan dan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja guru di Yayasan Santo Yakobus Jakarta.
