Abstract

This research is to find out the effect of debt ratio, quick ratio, earning per share, and sales growth to financial distress in telecommunication sector and toll road, airport, port companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. The selection of samples used in this research used a saturated sample method and obtained 7 companies with a total sample of 35. Research data was obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A more appropriate methode is common effect. Partially it shows that the quick ratio variable not effect and debt ratio variable has a negative and significant and earning per share variable has a positive and significant and sales growth variable that have a not effect impact on financial distress. Keyword : financial distress, quick ratio, debt ratio, earning per share and sales growth. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh quick ratio, debt ratio, earning per share dan sales growth terhadap financial distress pada perusahaan telekomunikasi dan pada perusahaan jalan tol, bandara, pelabuhan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Pemilihan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampel jenuh dan didapatkan 7 perusahaan dengan keseluruhan sampel sebanyak 35. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode yang lebih tepat digunakan adalah common effect. Secara parsial menunjukan bahwa variabel quick ratio tidak berpengaruh dan debt ratio secara parsial memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan dan earning per share secara parsial memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan serta sales growth tidak berpengaruh terhadap financial distress. Kata Kunci: financial distress, quick ratio, debt ratio, earning per share dan sales growth.
