Abstract

Decibel Meter is a tool used to measure the level of noise in decibels. To separate the user in pengamtan, a noise level measuring device is needed which is able to display the results in dB values and graphics on a computer and can be accessed remotely. The measurement results are displayed in the form of data and graphics that can be accessed via a browser with access to the IP (Internet Protocol) address of the esp32 local server and also OLED 0.96 inc. Taking noise values for 10 seconds where data samples every second with aircraft noise sources with 3 parameters, namely APU (Auxiliary Power Unit), dual pack on and engine motoring. This noise monitoring tool has an error rate of <5% based on sensor testing. APU operating in the hangar produces 64.2 dB of noise, dual pack on produces 75.6 dB of noise and engine motoring produces 82.5 dB of noise. Based on the Circular of the State Minister for the Environment No.48 of 1996, the office area is 65 dB so that when dual pack on and the engine motoring is operating, it exceeds the noise threshold for office areas so it is necessary to wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as ear plugs or ear muffs to reduce noise exposure. Keywords: Noise, Aircraft, esp32, decibel meter, Sound Level Meter Desibel Meter adalah alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat kebisingan dalam satuan desibel. Untuk memudahkan pengguna dalam pengamatan maka diperlukan suatu alat ukur tingkat kebisingan yang mampu menampilkan hasil dalam nilai dB dan grafik dalam komputer serta dapat diakses jarak jauh. Hasil pengukuran ditampilkan dalam bentuk data dan grafik yang dapat diakses melalui browser dengan akses alamat IP (Internet Protocol) dari local server esp32 dan juga OLED 0.96 inc. Pengambilan nilai kebisingan selama 10 detik dimana sampel data tiap detik dengan sumber kebisingan pesawat dengan 3 parameter yaitu APU (Auxiliary Power Unit), dual pack on dan engine motoring. Alat monitoring kebisingan ini mempunyai tingkat error <5% berdasarkan pengujian sensor. APU beroperasi di hangar menghasil kebisingan 61.5 dB, dual pack on menghasilkan kebisingan 75.6 dB dan engine motoring menghasilkan kebisingan 82.5 dB. Berdasarkan Surat Edaran Menteri Negara Lingkungan Hidup No.48 Tahun 1996 mengatakan bahwa area perkantoran adalah 65 dB sehingga saat beroperasinya dual pack on dan engine motoring melebihi batas ambang kebisingan untuk area perkantoran sehingga perlu memakai APD (Alat Pelindung Diri) seperti ear plug atau ear muff untuk mengurangi paparan kebisingan.
