Abstract
PT PLN (Persero) Serang ULP as the spearhead of distribution has a major role in delivering electricity directly to consumers with high quality and must try to maintain continuity in the distribution of electricity by taking into account the level of system reliability. During 2018 there were 625 segment disruptions of which 246 times segment disruption originated from Ciomas feeders. In order to provide a solution for this, the authors conducted a placement study and sectionalizer settings mounted on the Ciomas feeder to improve system reliability. The analysis used uses the basic reliability index search method to see the comparison of the reliability index of the system before and after the placement of sectionalizer in Ciomas feeder. The results obtained from the analysis and calculation are SAIDI value of 27,833 hours / customer / year, SAIFI 34,521 times / customer / year, and CAIDI value of 7,905 hours / disturbance in 2018. Whereas for the first 3 months after the placement of the sectionalier the value of SAIDI was 3.009 hours / customer / year, SAIFI 3,567 times / customer / year, and CAIDI value 2,230 hours / disturbance. Keywords: Sectionalizer, Basic Reliability Index, SAIDI, SAIFI PT PLN (Persero) ULP Serang sebagai ujung tombak distribusi memiliki peran utama dalam menyalurkan tenaga listrik langsung kepada konsumen dengan mutu yang berkualitas serta harus berusaha menjaga kontinuitas penyaluran tenaga listrik dengan memperhatikan tingkat keandalan sistem. Selama tahun 2018 terjadi 625 kali gangguan segmen dimana 246 kali gangguan segmen berasal dari penyulang ciomas. Dalam rangka memberikan solusi untuk hal tersebut, penulis melakukan studi penempatan dan setting sectionalizer yang dipasang di penyulang ciomas untuk meningkatkan keandalan sistem. Analisa yang digunakan menggunakan metode pencarian indeks keandalan dasar untuk melihat perbandingan indeks keandalan system sebelum dan setelah penempatan sectionalizer di penyulang ciomas. Hasil yang didapat dari analisis dan perhitungan tersebut adalah nilai SAIDI 27,833 jam/pelanggan/tahun, SAIFI 34,521 kali/pelanggan/tahun, dan nilai CAIDI 7,905 jam/gangguan pada tahun 2018. Sedangkan untuk 3 bulan pertama setelah penempatan sectionalier didapat nilai SAIDI 3,009 jam/pelanggan/tahun, SAIFI 3,567 kali/pelanggan/tahun, dan nilai CAIDI 2,230 jam/gangguan.
