Abstract

This research is in the background of the discovery of the problem in the field that it is important to pay attention to room temperature to temperature stability in infant warmer devices. There are several hospital equipment used in every health service, expected to have optimal capabilities. In this case related to the environmental standards of the Perinatology service room, the government through the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia issued Republic of Indonesia KMK 1778 TH 2010 regarding hospital environmental health requirements, this decision obliges every hospital to be responsible for managing the environmental health of the hospital that moisture should be designed so that it can provide temperature and humidity according to the standard. From this problem formulation the author took the research title "Analysis of the Effect of Room Temperature on Time of Stability in Infant Warmers" with the aim of research to see whether the room temperature actually affects temperature stability in infant warmer devices. The research method used by the author is to use a quantitative descriptive method that is direct data retrieval by connecting the Incu Analyzer tool into the Infant Warmer. The data obtained is then processed by a certain formula so that it can be seen the accuracy of each device at each room temperature to compare which tools and rooms are stable. So that at the conclusion of the authors can conclude that at what point is stability at room temperature to the time of stability in infant warmer tools. Keywords: Temperature stability, Infant Warmer, and Room Temperature Standards for Infant Warmer tools Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh penemuan masalah dilapangan bahwa pentingnya memperhatikan suhu ruangan terhadap kestabilan suhu di alat infant warmer. Ada beberapa peralatan rumah sakit yang digunakan dalam setiap pelayanan kesehatan, diharapkan memiliki kemampuan yang optimal. Dalam hal ini berhubungan dengan standar lingkungan ruangan pelayanan Perinatologi, pemerintah melalui departemen Kesehatan Republik Indonesia telah mengeluarkan KMK RI 1778 TH 2010 tentang persyaratan kesehatan lingkungan rumah sakit, keputusan ini mewajibkan bagi setiap rumah sakit bertanggung jawab terhadap pengelolaan kesehatan lingkungan rumah sakit bahwa sistem suhu dan kelembaban hendaknya di design sedemikian rupa sehingga dapat menyediakan suhu dan kelembaban sesuai standar. Dari rumusan masalah inilah penulis mengambil judul penelitian “Analisa Pengaruh Suhu Ruangan Terhadap Waktu Kestabilan Pada Infant Warmer” dengan tujuan penelitian melihat apakah benar suhu ruangan mempengaruhi kestabilan suhu pada alat infant warmer. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif yaitu pengambilan data secara langsung dengan cara menghubungkan alat Incu Analyzer ke dalam Infant Warmer. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian yaitu untuk alat 1 tanpa AC 36,44 ℃, alat 1 dengan AC 35,12 ℃, alat 2 tanpa AC 36,56 ℃, alat 2 dengan AC 35,36 ℃, alat 3 tanpa AC 36,40 ℃, dan alat 3 dengan AC 35,12 ℃ yang diolah dengan rumus nilai rata-rata pengukuran, Nilai koreksi, presentase error dan keakurasian sehingga dapat diketahui tingkat keakurasian masing�masing alat pada masing-masing suhu ruangan untuk di bandingkan alat dan ruangan manakah yang sudah stabil. Sehingga pada kesimpulan penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa di titik berapakah kestabilan pada suhu ruangan terhadap waktu kestabilan pada alat infant warmer. Kata kunci : Kestabilan Suhu, Infant Warmer, dan Standar Suhu Ruangan untuk alat Infant Warmer.
