Abstract

Disturbances that often occur in the 20kv cubicle are impairments in the value of insulation resistance caused by several factors such as environmental conditions, humidity levels, humidity, dust, temperature, water, pressure disturbances, and other disturbances. If the interference is allowed to cause short circuit and leakage of electric current. Another disturbance that is often experienced by the 20kv cubicle is the corona, where this disturbance causes the hissing sound of the cubicle and the appearance of corrosion in the cubicle's indoor contact area. If this condition occurs continuously it can cause serious damage to all cubicle components as well as causing loss impact for customers and PT.PLN (Persero). So to anticipate or overcome the problem of disruption needed maintenance on the cubicle. PT. PLN (Persero) APJ North Banten Rayon Prima Krakatau carries out annual 20kv cubicle maintenance to increase the value of insulation prisoners and to overcome the hiss and corrosion problems caused by corona events. In this final project discusses the maintenance of 20kv cubicles in accordance with the SOP of PT. PLN (Persero) From the research data it was found that the maintenance carried out in accordance with the SOP of PT. PLN (Persero) and after the maintenance of the cubicle the disturbances that occur can be overcome such as increasing the value of insulation resistance and loss of noise and corrosion on the cubicle indoor contact. PLN (persero) APJ North Banten Rayon Prima Krakatau Gangguan yang sering terjadi pada kubikel 20kv adalah gangguan menurunnya nilai tahanan isolasi yang disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti kondisi lingkungan, tingkat kelembaban, humidity, debu, suhu, air, gangguan tekanan, dan gangguan lainnya. Apabila gangguan tersebut dibiarkan dapat menyebabkan terjadinya hubung singkat dan kebocoran arus listrik. Gangguan lainnya yang sering dialami kubikel 20kv yaitu korona, dimana gangguan ini menyebabkan munculnya suara desis pada kubikel serta munculnya karat pada bagian kontak indoor kubikel. Jika kondisi ini terjadi terus menerus dapat menimbulkan kerusakan yang serius pada seluruh komponen kubikel serta menimbulkan dampak kerugian bagi pelanggan maupun PT.PLN(persero). Maka untuk mengantisipasi ataupun mengatasi masalah gangguan tersebut diperlukan pemeliharaan pada kubikel. PT. PLN(persero) APJ Banten Utara Rayon Prima Krakatau melakukan pemeliharaan kubikel 20kv tahunan guna meningkatkan kembali nilai tahanan isolasi serta mengatasi masalah desis dan karat yang ditimbulkan oleh peristiwa korona. Pada tugas akhir ini membahas pemeliharaan kubikel 20kv yang sesuai dengan SOP milik PT. PLN(persero) Dari data penelitian didapatkan bahwa pemeliharaan yang dilakukan sesuai dengan SOP PT. PLN(persero) dan setelah dilakukan pemeliharaan kubikel gangguan-gangguan yang terjadi dapat teratasi seperti meningkatnya nilai tahanan isolasi dan hilangnya suara desis dan karat pada kontak indoor kubikel.
