Abstract

The design of a temperature monitoring system on a dimmer rack is one of the important things, because the shelf life of the dimmer is not young. then the sensor on the dimmer rack is not functioning optimally and the accuracy of the reading temperature is reduced in the dimmer rack, drastic increases in temperature on a dimmer shelf can be very detrimental to television companies because dimmer rack are one of the lighting sources in television studios. By designing this system the author intends to design an AC temperature and voltage monitoring system on an IoT-based dimmer rack, which aims to facilitate staff in monitoring the temperature and voltage of the AC on the dimmer rack and minimize the occurrence of damage to the tool, because the work area is very large, staff do not need to go to the dimmer rack directly just to monitor it, just by monitoring the condition of the dimmer rack through the android application. Based on the results of analysis and testing carried out in this study, the ZMPT101 voltage sensor obtained an error value of 0.071% and a DHT11 temperature sensor with an average error of 2%. Keywords: Arduino, Temperature monitoring, DHT-11Sensor, ZMPT101 Sensor, Internet of Things Perancangan sistem monitoring suhu pada rak dimmer adalah salah satu hal yang cukup penting, dikarenakan umur dimmer rak yang sudah tidak muda, maka sensor pada rak dimmer sudah tidak berfungsi dengan maksimal dan berkurangnya akurasi dalam pembacaan suhu pada rak dimmer, peningkatan suhu pada rak dimmer yang drastis bisa menjadi hal yang sangat merugikan bagi perusahaan pertelevisian karena rak dimmer adalah salah satu sumber pencahayaan pada studio televisi. Dengan perancangan sistem ini penulis bermaksud untuk merancang sistem monitoring suhu dan tegangan AC pada rak dimmer berbasis IoT, yang bertujuan untuk memudahkan staff dalam memantau suhu dan tegangan AC pada rak dimmer dan memperkecil terjadinya kerusakan pada alat, dikarenakan area kerja yang sangat luas maka staff tidak perlu mendatangi rak dimmer secara langsung hanya untuk memantaunya, cukup dengan memantau kondisi rak dimmer melalui aplikasi android. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dan pengujian yang telah dilakukan pada penelitian ini, sensor tegangan ZMPT101 didapat nilai error sebesar 0,071% dan sensor suhu DHT11 nilai rata-rata error sebesar 2% Kata Kunci: Arduino, Monitoring Suhu, Sensor DHT-11, Sensor ZMPT101
