Abstract
The measurement of consumer electricity usage is divided into 2 types, namely using postpaid KWH meters and prepaid KWH meters. PLN customers who are confused by these 2 types of services feel their use of electricity is more wasteful using prepaid or otherwise postpaid. To find out the accuracy of each KWH meter tera test was carried out in the PLN lab using CALMET 300, Photoelectric Scanning and PC Software Calpro 300, this is indicated by the results of the error values that are not the same for each KWH meter. By lifting the title Analysis of the accuracy of kWh meters on consumer use is expected to reduce the loss of kWh selling to PLN because it is not optimal to measure consumer use which has an impact on revenue losses at PLN. Keywords : KWH meter, Paskabayar, Prabayar Pengukuran pemakaian listrik konsumen dibagi menjadi 2 macam yaitu menggunakan KWH meter paskabayar dan KWH meter prabayar. Pelanggan PLN yang dibingungkan oleh 2 macam layanan ini merasa pemakaian listik mereka lebih boros menggunakan prabayar maupun sebaliknya paskabayar. Untuk mengetahui keakuratan masing-masing KWH meter dilakukan pengujian tera di lab PLN menggunakan CALMET 300, Photoelectric Scanning dan PC Software Calpro 300,hal ini ditunjukan dengan hasil nilai error yang tidak sama pada masing- masing KWH meter. Dengan mengangkat judul Analisis keakuratan kWh meter terhadap pemakaian konsumen diharapkan dapat mengurangi hilangnya kWh jual pada PLN karena tidak optimalnya mengukur pemakaian konsumen yang berdampak pada kerugian pendapatan di PLN.
