Abstract

ABSTRAK Kereta Rel Listrik (KRL) Merupakan moda transportasi yang efektif dan efisien untuk daerah perkotaan, sehingga banyak masyarakat yang mulai beralih ke jenis moda transportasi massal ini. Berdasarkan data dari PT.KAI, sepanjang tahun 2018 mengangkut 424.683.403 penumpang, angka ini naik 8% dari tahun 2017. Jumlah penumpang tersebut didominasi oleh penumpang Kereta Commuter Line (KRL) yang naik jumlahnya dari tahun sebelumnya yakni mencapai 336,71 juta penumpang dari 315,81 juta penumpang di tahun 2017 (Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) PT.KCI, 2018). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Importance Performance Analisys (IPA). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui jumlah rata-rata penumpang harian, kapasitas maksimum jumlah penumpang yang dapat diangkut oleh kereta, serta mengetahui tingkat kepuasan penumpang. Hasil dari penilitian ini telah diketahui jumlah rata-rata penumpang harian dari bulan Januari 2019 s/d Mei 2019 yaitu 1.137.586 penumpang dengan kapasitas angkut maksimum sebanyak 2760 penumpang yang terdiri dari 12 rangkaian kereta dalam satu kali perjalanan, serta penilaian penumpang terhadap kinerja operasional dengan bobot rata-rata 3,80 dan tingkat kepuasan penumpang dengan bobot rata-rata 3,76 dari skor tertinggi 5. Pada hasil analisa waktu tempuh pada KRL rute Cikarang – Jakarta mengalami keterlambatan selama 7 menit dan 9 menit, waktu tunggu (Headway) adalah 65 menit, dan nilai load factor 82,43%. Based on data from PT.KAI, throughout 2018 carrying 424,683,403 passengers, this number rose 8% from 2017. The number of passengers was dominated by commuter line (KRL) passengers who rose in number from the previous year which reached 336,71 million passengers of 315,81 million passengers in 2017 (BPS-Statistics Indonesia) PT.KCI,2018. The method used in this study is the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. This study was conducted to determine the average number of daily passengers, the maximum capacity of the number of passengers that can be carried by train, and to determine the level of passengers satisfaction. The result of this study are known to be the average number of daily passengers from January 2019 to may 2019, namely 1.137.586 passengers with a maximum carrying capacity of 2760 passengers consisting of 12 trains in one trip, and pssengers raitings of operational performance with an average weight pf 3,80 and the level of passenger satisfaction with an average weight of 3,76 from the highest score 5. On the analysis of travel time on the KRL Cikarang – Jakarta experienced a delay of 7 minutes and 9 minutes, waiting time (Headway) is 65 minutes, and the load factor value is 82,43%.
