Abstract

The current development of public transportation technology has shown very rapid progress, to the technological systems owned by airplanes, especially the Airbus 330. To avoid an emergency condition when an airplane is flying, an emergency condition configuration is carried out in the ground in the form of a jobcard. With the purpose of knowing the operational test of the aircraft electrical system, especially during emergencies so that it can perform properly. The test is done by method of the evaluation procedure from the jobcard based on the reference of AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual) by comparing the results in the field and the parameter limit values of the AMM. During the test results, if the displayed value shows within these parameters, it will be assessed as successful and functioning properly. Emergency electrical DC tested on the five aircraft showed that the average voltage value on battery 1 was 25.4 VDC and 31 Ampere, while the measurement results for battery 2 showed an average voltage value of 25.2 VDC and 27.4 Ampere. In the PK-GPV test, the battery 2 showed a voltage value of 24 Volt and 28 Ampere, so that it is one volt below the parameter for voltage. Referring to TSM (TroubleShooting Manual) ata 24-00-00-810-868-A Loss of the Battery 2 because of Undervoltage, as long as the current value in the battery is still above five Ampere, the battery is still feasible. One solution that can be done is to recharge the battery until it is full then repeat the testing process, then get the value of battery 2 in the parameter after retest. Emergency electrical AC testing on the five aircraft tested showed the average voltage at the generator output was 115.6 VAC with a frequency of 400 Hz and the average hydraulic pressure was 2970 psi. These results indicate that testing the emergency electrical configuration on 5 Airbus 330 aircraft belonging to Garuda Indonesia has no problems and is functioning properly according to safety standards using the AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual) reference value parameter. Perkembangan teknologi transportasi umum saat ini telah menunjukkan kemajuan yang sangat pesat, terutama sistem teknologi yang dimiliki oleh pesawat terbang, khususnya Airbus 330. Untuk menghindari terjadinya suatu kondisi yang tidak diinginkan pada saat pesawat terbang, dilakukan simulasi kondisi darurat (emergency condition configuration) berupa jobcard dengan tujuan mengetahui operasional test dari elektrikal sistem pesawat khususnya pada saat emergency sehingga dapat berfungsi dengan baik. Pengetesan dilakukan dengan menggunakan prosedur evaluasi dari jobcard berdasarkan referensi AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual) dengan membandingkan hasil di lapangan dan nilai batas parameter pada AMM. Selama hasil pengetesan apabila nilai yang ditampilkan masuk dalam parameter tersebut maka, akan dinilai sebagai berhasil dan berfungsi dengan baik. Pengetesan emergency electrical DC pada lima pesawat yang diuji menunjutkan nilai rata-rata tegangan pada baterai 1 adalah 25.4 VDC dan 31 Ampere, sedangkan hasil pengukuran baterai 2 menunjukkan nilai rata-rata tegangan sebesar 25.2 VDC dan 27.4 Ampere. Pada hasil uji baterai pesawat PK-GPV baterai 2 sempat menunjukkan nilai tegangan 24 Volt, sehingga berada satu volt dibawah parameter. Mengacu pada TSM (TroubleShooting Manual) ata 24-00-00-810-868-A Loss of the Battery 2 because of Undervoltage, selama nilai arus pada baterai masih diatas lima ampere maka baterai masih layak. Salah satu solusi yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan pengisian ulang (recharging) baterai hingga penuh kemudian mengulangi proses pengetesan, dan didapatkan nilai baterai 2 masuk parameter. Pengetesan emergency electrical AC pada lima pesawat yang diuji menunjukan nilai rata-rata tegangan pada output generator adalah 115,6 VAC dengan frekuensi 400 Hz dan rata-rata tekanan hidraulik adalah 2970 psi. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengetesan emergency electrical configuration pada 5 pesawat Airbus 330 milik Garuda Indonesia tidak ada masalah dan berfungsi baik sesuai standard keselamatan menggunakan parameter nilai referensi AMM (Aircraft Maintenance Manual).
