Abstract

Oyster mushrooms can generally grow naturally under broad-leaf trees that are in the forest or under woody plants that have an ambient temperature of about 22-28 ° C and humidity of 70 - 90%. Indonesia is a tropical country with an environmental temperature of around 27.3 ° C, this affects how the oyster mushroom cultivation process is carried out by farmers (Nugroho, 2018). For the breeding or growth of mushroom in the lowlands with a temperature of ± 30°C, special treatment is needed for the garden or mushroom house , namely controlling the temperature and humidity in plants so that the ideal conditions for fungal growth can be met properly. In this study, a tool was designed to control two kinds of miniature mushroom house to observe the growth of both, namely the mushroom house with fuzzy mamdani control and the conventional mushroom house without fuzzy control. This tool functions to regulate and control the temperature and humidity in the oyster mushroom house that the temperature and humidity are in accordance with the oyster mushroom habitat so that it can simplify the work of farmers. From the results of the tests that have been carried out, it is obtained that the kumbung with fuzzy control is better than the kumbung without control. With the application of the fuzzy mamdani method the tool can control the temperature in the range of 25° C to 28° C and humidity in the range of 87% to 90%. In this study also tested the length of delay in sending data from ESP32 to the Blynk server, which is around 539.4 milli seconds. Keyword : Oyshter Mushroom, Temperature, Humidity, Fuzzy Mamdani, ESP32, Blynk Jamur tiram pada umumnya dapat tumbuh secara alami dibawah pohon berdaun lebar yang ada dihutan atau dibawah tanaman berkayu yang memiliki suhu lingkungan sekitar 22- 28°C dan kelembaban 70 – 90%. Indonesia adalah negara tropis dengan suhu lingkungan sekitar 27.3°C, hal tersebut mempengaruhi bagaimana proses budidaya jamur tiram yang dilakukan oleh petani (Nugroho, 2018). Untuk perkembangbiakan atau pertumbuhan jamur pada dataran rendah dengan suhu ±30oC, diperlukan perlakuan khusus terhadap kebun atau kumbung jamur yaitu pengontrolan suhu dan kelembapan pada tanaman sehingga kondisi ideal terhadap pertumbuhan jamur dapat terpenuhi dengan baik. Pada penelitian ini dirancang sebuah alat untuk mengontrol dua macam miniatur kumbung untuk diamati pertumbuhan dari keduanya, yaitu kumbung dengan kendali fuzzy mamdani dan kumbung konven tanpa kendali fuzzy. Alat ini berfungsi untuk mengatur dan mengendalikan suhu dan kelembapan pada kumbung jamur tiram agar suhu dan kelembapan sesui dengan habitat jamur tiram sehingga dapat mempermudah pekerjaan petani. Dari hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh hasil yaitu kumbung dengan kendali fuzzy diperoleh hasil pertumbuhan jamur yang lebih baik daripada kumbung tanpa kendali. Dengan penerapan metode fuzzy mamdani alat dapat mengendalikan suhu pada kisaran 25°C sampai 28°C dan kelembaban pada kisaran 87% sampai 90%. Pada penelitian ini juga dilakukan poengujian terhadap lamanya delay pengiriman data dari ESP32 ke server Blynk yaitu sekitar 539,4 mili detik.
