Abstract

Creating a corruption-free country is a slogan that is often carried by various anti-corruption institutions. But in reality corruption has thousands of modes that continue to grow along with the times. One of the acts of corruption is to provide facilitation payments for personal or corporate interests. This study aims to analyze what factors are causing taxpayers to take facilitation payments. Types and sources of data used in this study are books and journals related to facilitation payments and corruption based on years. The method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The conclusion obtained is the weak supervision factor to be the strongest factor affecting taxpayers to commit facilitation payments and corruption. Because of the weak supervision creates opportunities for taxpayers to take facilitation payments. Keywords: Facilitation Payment, Corruption, Taxpayers Mewujudkan negara bebas korupsi merupakan slogan yang sering diusung oleh berbagai lembaga anti korupsi.Namun pada kenyataannya korupsi memiliki ribuan modus yang terus bertambah seiring dengan perkembangan zaman.Salah satu tindak korupsi yaitu dengan memberikan uang pelicin (Facilitation Payment) untuk kepentingan pribadi ataupun perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor apa yang menjadi penyebab wajib pajak untuk melakukan tindakan uang pelicin (Facilitation Payment). Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah buku dan jurnal-jurnal yang terkait dengan facilitation payment dan korupsi yang berdasarkan tahun. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Systematic Literature Review (SLR).Kesimpulan yang didapat yaitu faktor lemahnya pengawasan menjadi faktor yang terkuat yang mempengaruhi wajib pajak melakukan tindakan facilitation payment dan korupsi.Karena lemahnya pengawasan menciptakan peluang kepada wajib pajak untuk melakukan tindakan facilitation payment.
